Standaad is a Jamaican dancehall artist from Maxwell in St. Mary. His music joins raw energy to personal storytelling, carrying the pressure, pain, ambition and perseverance of real life from the street to the speaker.

A past student of Kingston College, Standaad brings the discipline and pride of that background into an independent catalogue that includes Pressure Wid Pain, Likkle Time, Too Krazy, Believe, Dark Days, Realign and the six-track Nemesis EP.

His artistic lens balances the natural calm of St. Mary—fresh air, cool breeze and peace of mind—with the struggles that shape everyday experience. The result is contemporary dancehall built around emotional honesty, resilience and forward motion.

Career highlights

In 2026 Standaad released the eight-track Realign project and followed it with the six-track Nemesis EP. His official channel continues the story through audio releases, short-form performance moments and collaborations including “Past” with Chaphead.
